    I felt reliefs and healthy in your write up. It is quit encouraging and educative. I agree with you when u say keeping fit is just like making decision to enter into marriage. thnx for acquiting me with this i dont know before now.

    I need your advice on this please ( I am 30yrs i hav fat face, big belly) but I am weiste 30, hip 35 but what i need is to reduce fat off my face and have a flat tommy) thnx as i wait for you respons.

    thanks a lot for that comment, it’s very flattering.. you have nice body.. waist 30, hips 35 is quite good.. now to reduce fats on belly, have set-ups 12 repetitions for 3 sets daily for about a week. and then after that you increase it with 3 reps every week for about 6-12 weeks you will find the result.. diet actually will be added to that routine..
    Now, about your face.. try exercise facial exercise for the cheeks, like blowing, smiling, etc.. you can search for facial exercise on my blog.. :)
