I am a major proponent of physical therapy since being diagnosed with MS many years ago. Twice now, most recently during a severe exacerbation, I was the passenger in a vehicular accident. Every medical professional gives differing opinions on how to treat the situation, based on their viewpoint of the medical condition they are treating. The treatment for injuries sustained from an accident create undue problems with my MS. For example, using heat, stretching exercises, etc. help with the vehicular injuries but temporarily worsen the MS. There is no middle ground, medically speaking, that anyone has yet found. Any thoughts?

Physical therapy is a way in which many can expedite rehabilitation and should be considered as a possible method of regeneration. In many cases, a combination of body (physical therapy), mind, and spirit rehabilitation will enable you to heal a lot quicker than otherwise.

Wow I couldn’t agree more. Inactivity is not only harmful to your body but to your mind as well.
